Walk Together supports change makers to identify and navigate sticky, complex and challenging problems. Change Makers learn to collaborate around problem solving, and untangling the parts that need addressing as you move along a change process.
Change makers learn effective intercultural facilitation techniques to support the navigation of things like group dynamics and collaborative problem-solving , leading to more cohesive change initiatives. Their facilitation skills ensure inclusive and participatory decision-making processes are occurring, steering away from top-down dynamics and directives.
Walk Together supports groups prioritise relationships, connection and agreed action for growing and working with a critical mass of people who share a common goal or purpose. We help change makers take the necessary steps to create agreed, forward momentum that can amplify impact towards transformative action.
Change makers are supported to work beyond engaging with a community, to working with community and learning ways to elevate relationships, through partnering and sharing collective responsibility as they are generating change together.
Walk Together emphasises the creation of ways and pathways for feedback loops while enabling change makers to continuously learn and adapt their strategies. Refining approaches overtime can strengthen the cohesion within group dynamics, interpersonal relationships and performance.
