Moving beyond the status quo

Our professional learning pathways can facilitate and generate different ways of thinking about and undertaking collaborative change.

The Connect & Collaborate Pathways are a series of facilitated experiences designed to assist groups in accelerating their understanding and utilisation of equity, with the goal of improving well-being within those groups and systems.

Over the past 15 years, we've observed persistent challenges in systems which we have identified as common and recurring patterns such as breakdowns in relationships, communication, organisational structures, and systemic failures.

In response to these patterns we have pulled together themes as focus areas you might be familiar with or aspire to explore.  The pathways help re-set or establish connection and collaboration in order to unlock potential  within individuals, groups and organisations.

The why, how, and what of our connect & collaborate pathways

Our current approaches to putting relationships first and working in collaboration often falls short of their potential. When we are able to get together, and co-create equitably, it can encourage collective momentum.  The Pathways aim to support groups to establish ways of connecting and collaborating while learning about their chosen topics.

The Pathways consist of short, focused experiences of structured time and reflective hours. They are delivered through Zoom with a blend of short self-directed learning modules and group discussions. Pathways emphasises both content and process, providing participants with a comprehensive learning experience.

Benefits are achieved through intentional practices involving learning by doing with other participants to develop common and shared in-depth understandings. Other benefits include thinks like:

  • Exposure to different approaches, world-views and experiences of others
  • Navigating diverse perspectives and ways of knowing and doing
  • Creating deeper relationships and shared understandings.

Customisation is a key feature, and we can work with you to adapt the Pathways to meet the specific needs and goals of your group. Costs vary based on participant numbers and customisation levels, and for detailed pricing, it's best to reach out to us for a quote by booking a cuppa discovery session. Pathway participant numbers can vary, but we recommend a range of 6 to 20 for optimal effectiveness.
