Why Use Walk Together: Walk Together draws on principles and strategies from different cultures. Its process, based on equity as its key mode of working, aims to ensure no group dominates proceedings or controls the decisions made by another.

How Walk Together Works: WT brings about systemic change through a journey of five sequential phases (Pre-readiness, Readiness, Planning, Implementation, Embedment) with four objectives to be attained in each phase. It requires a visionary leader who understands the process just described and is able to build a critical mass of people who are able to spread the vision and message to others.


What can be Achieved: Decisions will begin to be made that generate mutual benefit for all participants and cement the need for on-going connectedness over time.
